Come along and meet Uncle Zebediah and his curious antiques shop. In which you’ll discover that some people and things aren’t always quite what they seem.
What strange stories lie behind the weird and wonderful objects he has on display?
In particular, what will happen should you decide to have a go on a very old bicycle that comes alive with all manner of magical components, as it transforms into an amazing flying machine.
And what is this strange game called “Harbinga”?
A lyrical poem with a rhythm that makes you want to keep the pages (and pedals) turning. All accompanied with delightful images by Felipe Calv, that draw the reader into the possibilities of this and other adventures
The Magic Bike
My first venture into children’s book publishing.
Whilst looking through some old creative writing folders on my home computer, I came across a poem called The Magic Bike. At first I wasn’t sure whether it was something I had written or whether it was something that I had been given by someone else to read or precis/review during one of my creative writing courses.
Once I confirmed that I had written it, I read it to a friend (thank you Jeremy) and he encouraged me to make it into a children’s story/book.
And so, with the help of those good people at Bear With Us Productions, I started on the process of self-publishing.
